In case you haven’t seen it yet, the new Ace Centerpoint along Gensan Drive is already nearing its completion and this is how the new Mall will look like according to the building perspective published by the creative minds behind it.
A reliable source from the company told us that, once finished, the new building will have a 500-seating capacity foodcourt, a function hall that can accommodate at least 500 people, properly-zoned tenants spaces and a bigger and wider department store.
The 6-storey building designed by Singapore-based Ong & Ong Architects will also have a 6-storey tall and spacious atrium that will be wide enough to cater big mall events. A major mall way will be built to connect Gensan Drive and Osmena entrances. How that will look like, we have to wait to find out.
According to our source, these are just the artists’ perspectives as some revisions are expected to further improve the overall design of the building. He did not give an exact date when the mall will finally open but said it will only be a few months from now.
