So, we got the chance to have a peek inside CityMall Koronadal City as the one of the first groups to document the place. As huge crowd gather in front of the mall awaiting for its grand opening graced by some national celebrities, we were inside roaming around and window shopping.
We saw familiar brands and stores occupying a huge part of the spaces inside. Koronadalenos will also be welcoming new brands and stores in the mall like SM’s Simply Shoes, Ace Hardware and the Vietnamese coffee franchise Highlands Coffee among others.
CityMall is a chain of community malls with majority of its stocks owned by DoubleDragon Properties Corp., the real estate joint venture between the founders of fast-food giants Jollibee Group and Mang Inasal and partly by SM Investments Corp. CityMall Koronadal is the first in the region. The nearest branch is in Tagum City, Davao de Norte.
CityMall Koronadal is located along Gensan Drive in Barangay Morales. It is just a few meters away from Dr. Arturo Pingoy Medical Clinic and Hospital.
